All pieces are currently available on pre-order. Pre-order pieces will be shipped after 15 October 2026, and you'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your piece leaves us.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from Australia with tracking. Pre-orders are dispatched after 15 October 2026. All other orders are dispatched within 7 days of payment, and you'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your piece leaves us. Every piece arrives in a box.

Our quality promise

Every piece is individually inspected and quality checked before it is sent to you. Nothing leaves paradise unless it's ready to be worn.

Vintage pieces

All of our pieces are genuine vintage, over 20 years old. They may show signs of age and previous wear, such as surface markings, light scratches, patina, tarnish, or minor variations in colour and finish. These characteristics are part of each piece's history and character, and are not considered faults. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns

We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Each piece is released in small batches and checked by hand before dispatch. When you order, that piece is yours.

Faulty items

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your piece arrives with a genuine fault, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shantigriffin.com with your order number and photos of the fault, and we will make it right in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
